Salim’s hatha/vinyasa class focuses on alignment, strengthening the joints and breathwork. The practice builds slowly, through an extended warm up sequence to a vinyasa flow that’s accessible to students of all levels.

Watson strives to make his classes enjoyable through thoughtful arrangement melding artistic and therapeutic methods, tempos and pacing guided by the Baptiste power vinyasa yoga. With an emphasise on correct anatomical alignment, focused breath, flexibility, mind and body. Watson encourages and empowers his students to tune and connect with themselves to create an increased physical and personal awareness.

Christy has advanced training with specialisation in Vinyasa and Restorative principles. She focuses heavily on alignment with clear cueing and nurturing, intentional hands-on assists. She teaches creatively linked sequences that both challenge and empower students, weaving in pranayama and meditation. Students can expect a fun, invigorating class and to leave feeling more centered and connected to their inner selves.
Kevin's classes are independently sequenced, varied, fun and dynamic, and will keep students on their toes! The philosophy of his power yoga is that it is for everyone - it is not about putting your feet behind your ears, rather learning to love and work with the body each student has been given.
James is an experienced, motivated and passionate yoga instructor with specialised training in Baptiste Power Vinyasa Flow. He enjoys inspiring others to improve wellness and to commit to their longterm health and fitness goals. He is committed to creating a difference by educating his students in the yogic philosophies. James uses yoga to influence relaxation and happiness in daily life.
Ashtanga / Restore
Richard attended his first yoga teacher training in 2012 in Nairobi. He trained in Ashtanga under the tutelage of Sharon Moon, a teacher under the Jois Foundation banner. In 2013 he furthered his training with the AYP 200Hr Teacher Training. That same year he attended the level 2 training under Baron Baptiste in Malindi. In 2014 Richard completed a 4 module based Level 1 Kundalini teacher Training and graduated in February 2015.
Ashley Olson Onyango
Vinyasa Flow / Power 1
Ashley has been practicing yoga for over 13 years and became a Certified Yoga Instructor with Core Power Yoga in the U.S. in 2013. She teaches an invigorating style of Power Vinyasa Yoga and has continued her yoga training in Power Yoga for Sports, providing a stronger element of alignment and yoga for injury prevention and rehabilitation in her teaching. Ashley's classes focus on the trifecta of toning, increasing flexibility, and building strength with the core at the center of every pose.
Brennan has 23 years of practice and 4 years of teaching experience. She teaches vinyasa flow to move with your breath. Her classes are challenging but accessible and always leave you feeling better. She is a stickler for alignment and encourages students to explore the different ways the body can feel within postures. Music and playfulness are instrumental in her classes.

Susan is a certified Level 1&2 Power Yoga teacher, as well as a certified Kundalini, Ashtanga, TiMBO (trauma sensitive yoga) instructor. Susan challenges her students to grow through meeting their physical edge, with friendliness. She teaches her students to practice listening, both to their bodies and most importantly each inhale and exhale. She is dedicated to the growth and development of her students both on and off their mats, and believes starting with nothing means you have more space for things to grow.
Vinyasa Flow / Power 1 / Kids
Sally began teaching in 2013 after completing a Baptiste Power Yoga Teacher Training. She has since completed Acro-yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Ayfit, Prenatal Yoga, Next Generation Yoga workshops. These workshops and classes keep her insight and inspiration fresh. Her classes are a combination of physicality, self-inquiry and possibility. Sally focuses on alignment, living a balanced life, and inspiring her students to become role models in their communities and workplaces. Her expectation is to allow students to have fun, be challenged, and own their greatness on and off their mats!
Pre-natal / Mommy & me
Sheila is a certified prenatal yoga teacher by British wheel of Yoga UK. Her style of teaching is based on Hatha yoga. She is a certified journey practitioner, Life coach with The Journey by Brandon Bays , SA. She is a certified Kids Yoga teacher by RADIANT CHILD YOGA Ghana, a certified Thai Masseuse and a happy mother of two.
Power 1 & 2 / Beginners
Chris is an AYP graduate and has completed Baptiste power level 1&2, art of assists, advanced art of assists and Y.O.D level 1&2. He has been practising yoga since 2012 and teaching since 2016. Chris' goal is to help students achieve their goals in fitness and overall wellbeing for a healthy lifestyle. When he is not teaching he is spending time with his baby girl or making Maasai bead bracelets.

In 2012 Nicole took her first Teacher Training in Ashtanga. In 2013 she completed her 200Hr with AYP, and later that year her Level 2 certification. In 2017 she completed her Level 3. Nicole brings vitality to your yoga experience, connecting you with yourself from the inside with a deep relaxing and at the same time, powerful session.
Vinyasa Flow / Yin
Joanne's journey to yoga began with a need to overcome back pain. After 4 days of consecutive yoga this was achieved! Years of regular practice lead her to complete her 200-hour yoga teacher certification through Yoga Zanzibar. Joanne is now certified to teach VF, Ashtanga-based Flow, Yin and Yoga Nidra.
Joanne brings a unique approach to her Vinyasa Flow practice where one is able to explore dance-integrated fluidity throughout the practice. This unique approach provides the space for a moving meditation of exuberant joy and expression within the practice.
